Hello, I'm Audrey

I've spent the last two decades building products and leading teams at the edge of consumer technology and health. Most recently, I was CEO of Clue, the science-based period and cycle tracker, trusted and loved by 10 million MAU globally. There, I built the consumer subscription business from scratch, transformed the organization into a regulated medical-device company, and restructured the business for profitability while very earnestly trying to solve the women's health gap.

Before that: the first PM at Yelp, co-founder of Waddle, Director of Mobile at HotelTonight, and Product Leader at Pinterest.

Over that time I've come to believe two things. First, that the way we lead is inseparable from the way we live in our bodies. That tight knot in your stomach as you confront an impossible decision or the way your shoulders relax when you're around people you trust. That is intelligence, not a tic. Second, that you have to find your values and then find the strength to lead by them when it costs something. I know the pull to contort into rooms built for someone else. The clearest, best decisions I've made came instead from knowing exactly who I am and what the situation in front of me actually needed. That's the work I coach people through.

As a former Co-CEO of Clue and co-founder myself, I know first-hand how much early investment in the founding relationship matters. Sessions mix individual and joint work, and surface the collective strengths, tensions, and blind spots before they surface themselves.
